Impact Windows WA Pty Ltd public anouncment...
I am Admir Bahtic , The Managing Director who most of you have met by now. I would like to share and address some information regarding rumors that have been circulating the public, Our long term clients and long term builders.
During 2025 just before christmas we were introduced to a private company owner from Emerge Construction Pty Ltd who goes by the name of Tony Trevor Ansell.
Not knowing much about him he seemed like a decent trustworthy bloke. Around that same time during our peak period we ordered about $30k worth of materials for one of his jobs in claremont. It was quiet obvious Tony Ansell was not going to pay so as any normal person would do i had to contact the builder to be paid direct by him. The costs only covered materials and the following couple of months was a struggle. Since then another incident of him not paying $7500 , gave him the benefit of the doubt. Also helped him out with free materials and best i could to make him comftable. I helped this man more then anyone should help one another.
However during that entire time he spent his time slowly stealing hardware and other stuff. Also hacking to remote view my software laptop including my phone to gain access to any personal banking information or anything to keep tabs on me.
As time persisted he recruited a lot of people around me and made MAN MADE disasters on my jobs including his own we were making for him. In the hopes of putting me out of business. His last bill was 12.5k and he paid 4500.
Also during that time he also was stealing clients and builders as he was claiming to be broke but in background slowly opening up his own new business after ASIC closed down Emerge Construction. Also any chance he got behind my back was discrediting my work , business and structure to everyone.
His ultimate goal was...
To get me to a point where i had no support and no funds by blocking my finances so i would eventually want to take my own life. As again slowly in the background he was planning to infiltrate my foundation at home to steal my assets and my family ( Wife and kids ). As well as watching me and my kids through our cctv 24/7.
So i would like to adress the folliwing...
This man is the greatest sack of s**t that ever popped its head up. He is a con man who makes a living off other peoples blood sweat and tears. The rumours spread and fabricated by this individual using AI and blackmail are nothing but false narratives. Its what hes best at. This is not the first time he has done this either.
He is a very jelous individual who is 2 faced and will stab anyone in the back just to get ahead and fill his own pockets.
I would personally recomend no body to deal with him and his track record which speaks for itsekf. A true manipulative liar focused on getting what he needs without doing the work.
This man likes to stand over you and try bully you into submission as in his head he actually believes he can gain power over you to credit his own name.
If you dont believe me just look out for the next big news on tv when it all catches up to him.
Dont bother being careful of him... just dont fall for his good guy persona crap as its just a act. His intentions are much more sinister.
What comes off as a nice polite person slowly starts to bleed you dry and force you to see whats really under that mask.
However...
I am currently by myself and i do have more labor so service has picked up again.
This mans ultimate goal was to infiltrate my foundation to taje over my business and to put himself into my household and replace me.
His plan after that is to bleed dry the finances of my children and spouse.
Because of this sack of craps actions and lies of his false narratuves and everyone that was working wirh him based on his oathetic lies it has almost if not completley destroyed a family, destroyed childrens future and my home foundation.
He comes in and studies you to use anything he can find ir fabricate as blackmail to be used later , give him a chance and he will do fraud under your name too.
Also planting hidden cameras in your wharehouse so he can watch you.
This sinister game hes been playing for years on bussiness owners will be exposed and has already started. I do not in any way shape or form feel bad for posting anything about him as he has ruined countless peoples lives and family dynamics for his own greed and lust.
After 14 years of marriage this parasite couldnt help himself but to slither his slimey head through the backdoor of my foundation and destroy my family , even going one further and involving other family too and whwn that wasnt enough clout for him... he involved people on my street , neighbours and friends and anyone else he could find on facebook.
The narratives spun not only got a lot of people in trouble for association but tried to ruin our family business by useing mostly money that he owed to pay others to keep tabs or provide info or maje planned man made disasters so he can sit back and watch and make bets on soneone elses life.
These are not accusations , these are facts and now coming to light.
I am not the first business he has screwed over , he has a big track record of it.
However..... i am thought THE LAST business this will and has been sone to.
I will stand up for what is right and will do what is necassary to remove him from this industry once and for all. Should anybody feel the same dibt be shy to reach out.
This is not a resolution ..... this is a revolution against scan artists and home wreckers who need to be put in place.
