Alex and Jodie are a keen young couple destined to turn the moving business on its ear.

The Maldon June Swap Meet is being held on June 14th, at the Maldon racecourse as usual, Swaps usually slowdown over the Winter months so this could your last chance snaffle that elusive part, and catch up with some mates,
There is no denying the last few months have been a dificult one in the "Swap World", recent fuel prices did make events far more expensive to attend for buyers and sellers.
But... petrol prices have stabilised now and are currently about 15 cents a litre more than when this nightmare began, diesel is still a shocker I know. but let's look on the bright side.

The Clayton Town Hall was bursting at the seems today when Box Hill Record Fair held their huge record fair. The aisles were choked with buyers and record enthusiasts from all over Melbourne.
My advice....
If you only go to two records go to this one twice.

Spent a rather a pleasant Sunday
Getting flyers out and posters, up. For the Maldon June Swap Meet
And checked out a local Castlemaine Antique shop in the process
Barrow boy Traders Castelmaine
Look.... I've trudged through enough cramped and cluttered Antique/Junk shops in my time and, I'm over it quite frankly.
Barrow boy turned all of that on its head and made me re-think everything.
For one, plenty of space has been allowed for you to appreciate what's on offer.
Most places squeeze as much stock onto the floor as physically possible
I think the whole "people love to rummage", mantra has been done to death. But whichever way you present something if it is crap? It's still will be crap.
The items in this shop are Epic.
Please, look at the items on offer read their fantastic descriptions and, above all,
Visit this wonderful store and please do it justice by allowing enough time to see everything.

How is this for making do,and just getting on with the job?
No fancy gear, no soppy protective gear, this is how real men spray their projects. I believe he did his spray painting apprenticeship on "Kuta Beach" spraying suntan lotion on tourists.
