Crowden Consultants is a management consultancy business that operates primarily in the field of practical ethics. We provide professional ethics consultancy audit and review services to small and large businesses in both public and private sectors. The consultancy began several years ago as a part time business primarily providing research ethics services, clinical ethics advice, expert opinions,
and educational responses to the ethical issues that arise from contemporary health care research and practice. Increased demand has meant that Crowden Consultants now operates as a full-time consultancy where consultants with the right experience, skills and practical expertise are employed to meet a particular project needs. Our principal consultant takes the role as lead on most projects and also continues to take on consultancies on an individual basis. Our services are primarily in bioethics including clinical and research ethics, but have expanded to include generic organisational ethics services. All is done at reasonable cost and we attempt to include a pro-bono component across our workload portfolio. Crowden Consultants aims to work in partnership with organisations to ensure that best outcomes are achieved for all. We have partnered with Australian Universities, State and Federal Governments, Statewide Health Services, and other organisations and international bodies.
