Today is International Women’s Day, and as the woman behind Wrapped Up Kustom Graphics, it feels like a pretty special one to celebrate.

The wrap and signage industry has traditionally been male-dominated, so being a female installer on the tools isn’t always the norm — but that’s part of what makes it so rewarding. From climbing ladders and laying vinyl to running the business behind the scenes, every job is a reminder that women absolutely belong in every part of this industry.

I’m proud to be building a business in this space, and even prouder to see more women stepping into trades, running businesses, and backing themselves along the way.

Here’s to strong women, small businesses, and showing the next generation that there’s space for us everywhere. 💜

I’ve tried to keep this as relatable as possible for the home install so no fancy tools really, just me some tape, squeegee and kitchen scissors. Zero editing or pre planning, just me going through the process as I do it. Not polished at all and that’s how I roll 🤭

Boat name and rego fitted for Cliff this morning after the school drop-off. ⚓️

Running a business while being a mum definitely has its challenges, but I’m very grateful for the flexibility — and for Nanny and Poppy being just down the road to help out while we build the business here in Perth.

This was also a good chance for Edde to get a bit more training in, as he’ll be installing jobs like this soon.

I also filmed a quick tutorial while doing this one, so keep an eye out for that.

Still makes me laugh that I now film myself working, because once upon a time I was so camera shy there are barely any photos or videos of me until well into my late twenties! 😂

I’ve been dying to share this one for a couple of weeks! 🙌

This vehicle was wrapped for Andy from Workforce Extensions, and today she’s actually flown in from Port Hedland to Perth to pick up her brand-new car… and she hasn’t even seen the finished product yet! 🚗✨

The team at the Nissan dealership in Morley were absolute legends to work with. They even removed all the door handles for me to make the fitment easier — so if you notice the photos are missing them, don’t worry, just use your imagination! Once Andy picks it up, I’m sure she’ll be sharing her own photos on socials too, and I’ll happily share those with you all.

This one was installed right there on the showroom floor of the dealership with plenty of eyes watching! Luckily the team there made it such a great experience.

And a little fun full-circle moment… being back in Morley took me right down memory lane. Over 20 years ago I actually started my hairdressing apprenticeship at the Galleria. Funny where life takes you!

Can’t wait to see Andy’s reaction when she sees it in person! She’s off her socials today so it’s finally safe to post 👏

Meet Taylor from Nautical Designs 🤠🌊

Alright legends, introducing our newest designer — Taylor from Nautical Designs.

She’s 24, a proper coastal cowgirl who grew up near Geraldton but was basically raised by the ocean. If she’s not designing, she’s probably fishing or necking a spicy marg somewhere she shouldn’t be.

Fun facts:
• Lives for concerts & festivals
• Has two “apprentices” — a sausage dog & a Chihuahua (all attitude, no qualifications)
• She’s off to America mid-year and we are frothing for her to see another part of the world 🌎

Now the serious bit (because she’s actually a weapon):

Designing since 2016.
Straight into signage after school in 2019.
Apprenticeship locked in 2020.
Moved to Karratha halfway through.
Qualified in 2023.

Launched Nautical Designs at the end of 2023 and went full-time in October 2025 — backing herself and absolutely owning it.

And on a personal note — it is SO bloody awesome to have another woman in small business join our team. Being a woman-run business in an industry long dominated by our male counterparts isn’t always easy.

But backing each other, supporting women in small business, and sticking together? That’s something I’m massively passionate about.

Couldn’t be prouder to have this coastal cowgirl on board.

Let’s bloody go. 🤝🔥

We’ve just installed four new sponsor signs at Kardinya Lakes Cricket Club, and it’s got me thinking about how important community sponsorship really is. 👏🏽🏏

When businesses choose to sponsor local sporting clubs, they’re not just putting their logo on a fence. They’re helping fund uniforms, equipment, facility upgrades, junior development programs, and giving kids (and adults!) a place to belong.

Local sport builds confidence, resilience, friendships and community pride. It keeps our kids active, our weekends full, and our towns connected. None of that happens without the backing of businesses willing to step up and invest back into the community that supports them.

So here’s to the legends who sponsor grassroots sport — your contribution goes further than you think. You’re not just advertising. You’re helping build stronger communities. 💚

If you’re a local business thinking about sponsoring a club, this is your sign 🎯

Meet Holy Ship 🎣🔥We’ve been working on this wrap for a while with Josh, and she is finally ready to hit the water for Gamex in Exmouth this week – WA’s premier fishing event that’s been running for 58 years! If you love your fishing, this is the competition to get yourself to.In between moving house and a trip up to Port Hedland for boat wraps, we were making final tweaks and locking in the final design. We ended up wrapping the hull, the top of the cab, and the transom to really bring the whole look together. We also fitted PPF from the rear about four metres forward to give the wrap extra protection — because anyone who fishes knows some species absolutely thrash and fight for dear life once they’re hooked 😅 Josh knows there may be a little battle damage along the way… but that’s all part of it.And just to make this project even more memorable — my TA is relocating from Port Hedland, so this one was pretty much wrapped solo. A couple of moments where the client stepped in for an extra set of hands when I really needed it — but for the most part, it was just one girl, her vinyl, and a squeegee.Wouldn’t have it any other way 💁‍♀️🔥Good luck at GameX, Josh — go bring home the big ones! 🎣 Kellie Andre

POV: You own a Roland commercial printer and you’re in a full-blown toxic relationship with the printer 😆.

I live, eat and breathe this bad boy. Printing at 11pm. Printing at 4am. Printing at the most unhinged hours just to make sure my clients are looked after. Do I complain? Yes. Do I love it? Also yes. Small business life is wild.
