Another thing we have been working on over the last couple of years is how to be able to design wings in a way to be able to produce cutting files of those designs that set up perfectly first go when made by the factory. This is not the norm, you hear some companies boasting about how many prototypes where needed to get the wing right as if that's a good thing, it simply shows how far out things normally are and the amount of dressmaking that takes place, usually by the factories, to correct their problems.
We have been working with the Waveian design program to develop systems to overcome this problem, this system has tools in there that allow you to manipulate certain areas of the wing design after you finish the initial design in order for the wing to set as desired, and I'm very happy to say that we've cracked the code and have achieved our goal.
Only those close to us have been aware of the effort it's taken to achieve this, but we now have a clear understanding of the problems and the engineering required to get inflatable wings to set to design, and much improved design at that.
Our new wing line currently under production is with this much developed method and you'll see the results soon.
