The Department of Housing and Works is establishing a new Maintenance Trade Panel (Statewide), which will replace the existing Low Value Maintenance Panel (LVMP) and Service Alliance 2012 (SA12).

The Maintenance Trade Panel will provide maintenance services for government non-residential building assets across WA.
Stage 1 covers the following regions:

πŸ“ Great Southern

The panel is structured into two categories:
Category 1: Maintenance Services
Including:
β€’ Breakdown repairs
β€’ Routine maintenance
