Chateau Dore Winery is Bendigo + Central Victoria's most beautiful Garden Wedding Venue. The historical sandstone Winery Building is set in acres of English Gardens and has capacity of up to 180 Seated, 300 Cocktail. Marquee Weddings can also be accommodated. There are also Inside / Outside ceremony options. Located just over an hour from Melbourne in the Mandurang Valley (Bendigo's answer to the

Yarra Valley), with accommodation options 10 mins away in Bendigo, Hotels, Air Bnb, Serviced Apartment options are all available. Music Festivals and afternoons are also scheduled from time to time.

Who isn't dreaming of Spring time with that divine warm weather and masses of blooms?

Maddi & Jack's fabulous November Wedding at The Chateau did not disappoint with the perfect Spring day and roses by the bucket full!

We loved their stylish palette and with perfect pale blue maids dresses and gorgeous blooms from Ivy & Bloom Flowers and Events, combined with black tie for the boys it was all about classic elegance x 100!

Our Micro Weddings are tailored to suit your plans, ideals & budget.

But having a Micro wedding at The Chateau doesn't lower the intensity of emotion, the scope for gorgeous styling or the meaning vibes for all involved - if anything it elevates them!

Gemma & Ryan's celebration was the perfect example of an exquisitely curated Micro Wedding, maxed out with delicious styling, high quality vendors & lashings of emotion!

WEDSPIRATION WEDNESDAY | KERRYN & JOEL

With Autumn 2026 drawing to a close we couldn't help but celebrate one of our fav weddings of the this magical season!

This classic and timeless celebration for K & J was full of crisp white blooms and sleek delicate foliage contrasting beautifully with Chateau Dore in the full splendour that the month of May brings.

Moving inside to a Reception filled with FABULOUS FLUFFY blooms, Navy accents through draped chiffon and hand crafted Menus contrasting with Natural Linen Napkins from Table Art, wood fires, delicious Dessert Buffet and gorgeous candlelight – it was an evening not to be forgotten!

Janine and Paul's glorious Autumn celebration was full of love and laughter from start to finish!

As guests gathered on the lawn awaiting Janine's arrival there was so much anticipation and excitement in the air it was palpable.

With Alli & Andrew Watts covering officiant, entertainment & MC teaming with all bases were covered and couple & guests alike could sit back and enjoy all that the day offered.

A wow WHAT a DAY! Glorious sunshine, gorgeous bride & groom, and PLENTY of celebrating with family and friends.

All up an incredible day, but we're still sure that the best is yet to come for this amazing couple - congratulations Mr & Mrs Ellis!

WEDSPIRATION WEDNESDAY | MISTEE & MICHAEL

Mistee & Mick's "I dos" took place on a magical Autumn day surrounded by the hues of the season and embraced by their closest family and friends.

The intimate ceremony was beautifully delivered by Sue Begg - Marriage Celebrant Bendigo for Elope Bendigo, teaming with the amazing Alli Campbell Photography behind the lense.

Days like these are hard to beat, especially with so much love and support in the air. Mistee & Mick embraced our micro wedding option (held on a Tuesday) and it's flexibility to create a celebration that truly reflected their values and vision. It was the epitome of refined romance mixed with family first values.

We salute you Mr & Mrs Johnson!

We LOVED:

GORGEOUS blooms cleverly repurposed from ceremony (large arrangements on barrels and bridal party bouquets) to Reception room & tables
Catering including Mistees's own grazing table, Deb Gill Catering and Grandma's DELICIOUS wedding cake
Boh Dower on tunes from Ceremony to Reception, with the dance floor full all night..and mostly Mistee & Mick's joy and sense of fun (almost enough to get Glenn on the dancefloor....)

Inspired by Autumn's warm tones & golden light, Tyron & Ashlee's April wedding was full of all the best of the season with the afternoon moving easily from heartfelt ceremony, to classic garden party then onto elegant dinner reception.

We LOVE these images from showing the full colour compliment of the season, which was effortlessly drawn into the reception with golden candlelight, warm Navy highlights from the Menus and vibrant green foliage. It was an elegant and thoughtful combination which matched our gorgeous bride & groom completely. (and is completely WED-spirational!).

A special shout out to Ivy & Bloom Flowers and Events who are the absolute masters of repurposing ceremony florals to reception. Here the abundant arrangements from the ceremony background and ground arrangements at the start of the aisle were reused for the Bridal Table backdrop & garland - oh boy, we LOVE this!

WEDSPIRATION WEDNESDAY | ZOE & PETER

Zoe & Peter's March wedding was full of all their favourite people, including their gorgeous pooch!

The day started with a private First Look before guests arrived and Zoe's mum had the honour of walking her down the aisle, greeted by so much love it was palpable.

Guests enjoyed beer, bubbles & cocktails (who doesn't love an Aperol Spritz!) on the lawn before dinner & dancing in the winery.

The colour palette was bright, bold & absolutely perfect for this fabulous couple!

WE LOVED:
Using a mix of fresh & artificial blooms means you can have the blooms of your dreams, no matter what the season!

The arbour arrangements were moved to the Bridal table after the ceremony - always fantastic to carry these through the whole day

Bringing your furbaby for photos!
