Business Administration Trainee
The successful candidate will undertake a Certificate III in Business qualification during the Traineeship.
We are looking for someone who is committed, diligent and passionate about starting a career in business administration, who hold the following skills and attributes:
- Must be eligible to undertake Certificate III in Business Traineeship.
- Receiving incoming calls, directing enquiries accordingly and/or accurately taking messages.
- Accurate data entry and word processing.
- Printing, filing, and photocopying.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Detail orientated and accurate with a high attention to detail.
- Enjoy providing support to a team, with the ability to follow direction.
- A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude.
- Assisting visitors and colleagues in a bright, friendly manner.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the general office environment.
- General office administration support duties.
- Demonstrate a high level of discipline; self-motivation with lots of energy and drive with a desire to take on extra tasks as they present.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity, at our North Lakes Head Office. The remuneration package on offer will be reflective of the successful candidates experience relevant to the Clerks Private Sector Award 2010 including superannuation.

Happy International Women's Day 2020. Xplore Resources CEO Kim Wainwright chose some words for today:
This is my 5 year old daughter Aria. She's a live wire! I've taught her that equality and treating all people equally is how we behave at all times. My hope for her is that the 'call out' for equal rights for women worldwide continues to grow. That she never needs to feel ill treated in any way due to her gender. International Women's Day brings these conversations to the forefront and we should celebrate and contribute to this.
