🚜 Out of the summer crops, and into the summer fallows - paddock preparation continues in anticipation of the winter cropping season 🤞🏼

🌿 Small Biserrula plants - this stand is the gift that keeps on giving. Originally planted in 2019, it is the gift that just keeps on giving!

☘️ Bug checking in a seed lucerne crop - insect pressure in lucerne stands has been high throughout the district over the last 2 months, so some careful monitoring is paramount to get this paddock through to the end.

Cotton Update:
🌱 Temps have been well over 40 degrees and the cotton is holding up really well
🌱 Growth stages in more advanced crops up to 10 nodes with healthy square formation on upper nodes.
🌱 Roots are drawing down on soil moisture to approximately 500mm
🌱 Side dressing applications complete in more advanced crops and looking at a pix application soon
🌱 Beneficial insects currently outnumbering the pests.
