Pinot is harvested! Here is some of our juicy “Whole bunch” Pinot grapes

We handpicked the grapes to keep them as “whole bunches”

This keeps more of the natural yeast in the process for the winemaker which produces a different aroma, texture and tannin than de-stemming the grapes

One of the wines that saw it all kick off for us, the 1996 Verdelho, which was awarded the trophy for best White Wine Varietal at the Sheraton Wine Awards.

It’s a great honour for us to be continuing the family legacy at Chestnut Grove wines, started by Vic Kordic over 30 years ago.

Virtually devoid of colour, but certainly not flavour, it has exceptional drive and intensity, the usual fruit salad sauced up with pink grapefruit and pomegranate. Truly remarkable. 94 points🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷
