This Friday, we’re putting the spotlight on Brad Barr from Primed Advisory for his 10-minute presentation, Leading Through the Squeeze.

Brad holds the Business Coach seat at BNI Oceanview and works with business owners and senior leaders to help them step back from the day-to-day, get clearer on what matters, strengthen their leadership and teams, and turn that clarity into action.

His work ranges from coaching business owners and CEOs through to leadership development, team coaching and strategic facilitation.

This Friday, Brad will share a short version of Leading Through the Squeeze, exploring a simple question:

When market conditions get tighter, where is the pressure most likely to show up in your business?

Rather than trying to predict what the market will do, the session will look at what business owners can pay attention to inside their business — and in themselves as leaders — before the pressure is on.

Expect a practical session, a few thought-provoking questions and an opportunity to look at your business from a slightly different perspective.

This Friday, we’re putting the spotlight on Nikki from Orli Interiors for her 10-minute presentation.

Orli Interiors works with homeowners, builders and other property professionals across Sydney to create homes that are not only beautiful, but properly thought through before construction begins.
