Human-centred Tech meets Team Building!

Try our 1/2-day face-to-face, smart-phone-app-based program that everyone can participate in, that can be run in a training room.

We've run it for national C-suite Executive teams through to frontline-leaders and their teams, and tailor it accordingly.

We love running this program - it's probably our favourite event we run with clients 🤩

We can work with a single team or run multiple teams in a friendly competition against each other!

The team is tasked with 2 sets of challenges, run through the phone, and are observed by an experienced Team Coach, who debriefs the team on their challenges:

✅ What they did well
✅ How they can improve, and
✅ How this relates to the workplace.

After the first debrief, the team takes on the second set of challenges, applying the learning from the first round - so they see the difference their learning and changes of behaviour make during the challenges and in the second Team debrief.
