Hospitality work near Mansfield, Merrijig Motor Inn is hiring!

Buller Ski Lifts (BSL) is now the proud owner and operator of ‘Merrijig Motor Inn’.
You may notice some changes, however it will continue to be the Community hub you’ve known it to be with great food, drinks, accommodation and of course the local store.

The infamous Wednesday BBQs will be back (as soon as the backyard dries out!) and the pizza and parma nights will continue. Make sure you keep an eye out for more summer events in the works.

ANZAC Day Monday April 25th

Horse riders are asked to meet at the Hunt Club Hotel in
Merrijig at 6 am to ride out at 6.30 am via Mt Buller Rd to arrive at the Merrijig War and service memorial park in time for the start of the service at 7.30 am.

Those wishing to ride please contact Jacquie Pollard on 0417 051 220 to make arrangements.

People attending the service and seeing the horse riders come up Mt Buller Road Park are asked to park your cars by 7 am at the top of Buttercup Rd. It is most important that everyone making their way to the service take particular care on the road as visibility is poor at that time of the morning.

This years service will focus on the role of Women in World
Wars.

During the service an invitation will be extended to anyone in attendance who would like to lay a wreath at the memorial.
At the conclusion of the service all will be invited to join in the Gunfire Breakfast generously provided by local resident Mr Eric Siewert and his team.

A new case in Mansfield in regional Victoria has been recorded in addition to the 65 new cases identified overnight. The new cases come after police arrested hundreds of people at an anti-lockdown protest yesterday.
