We are hiring - Cellar Door Staff Member
Join our team and help create unforgettable experiences for every guest who walks through our cellar door.

Key Responsibilities
* Welcome guests warmly and provide an exceptional cellar door experience
* Host guided w**e tastings, sharing knowledge about our w**es, vineyard, and w**emaking process
* Drive sales of w**e and club memberships
* Assist in setting up and hosting events, private tastings, and tours
* Manage bookings and guest enquiries via phone, email, and in person
* Restock shelves, displays, and tasting supplies

What We’re Looking For
* Friendly, engaging personality with strong communication skills
* A passion for w**e and/or willingness to learn
* Previous cellar door, hospitality, or retail experience preferred but not essential
* Ability to work weekends and public holidays as required
* Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude
* RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)

We’re looking for a full time chef to join our team.

We are looking for someone with experience who can support the team.

As a successful applicant you will demonstrate :
- A good work ethic & a lead by example approach.
- A multi-faceted skill set, using a range of techniques & methods.
- The ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced kitchen.
- A calm, self-motivated & professional demeanour.
- A keen eye for the small things.

We offer :
- 4 - 5 day working week, with consecutive days off always.
- W**e training and a monthly allocation of w**e.
- A professional working environment with excellent equipment.
- Opportunities to progress your skills & knowledge.
- 9am to 5pm 3 days a week with one evening every second week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and seasonal changes.
- Motivate, train, and mentor kitchen staff.
- Manage kitchen operations in the Head Chef’s absence.
- Maintain high staff morale and foster a positive work environment.
