3 Changes I Made That Improved My Business ⭐

As a business owner, growth often comes from taking risks and making changes. I wanted to share three key decisions that transformed our journey:

1. Investing in a new website: Our old site wasn't doing our beautiful pieces justice - it was clunky and hard to navigate. Now, our collections are easier to browse, simpler to shop, and your positive feedback makes it all worth it!

2. Embracing authentic branding: Our old branding wasn't capturing who we are - a Nepalese family business passionate about artisan-crafted pieces. Now we're sharing our true story, from our artisans' journeys to behind-the-scenes glimpses of our business.

3. Taking risks with new products: After years of playing it safe with familiar products, I pushed myself to explore new pieces. While not every new product has been a hit, taking these risks has helped us grow and discover some of your favorites!
