Buying your first excavator is one of the biggest calls you’ll make in your business. Get it right and you’ve got a machine earning for the next 5-10 years. Get it wrong and you’re paying off a problem.

Before you sign anything, ask the dealer:
→ Who do I call if or when something goes wrong — and how fast can you get to me?
→ Is finance handled in-house, and how long does it take?
→ What’s actually included? Warranty, first service, attachments?
→ How long have you been selling this brand?
→ Who’s my rep — and will he know my name in 12 months?
If the answers are vague, walk away.
