✨ BNI One Adelaide Awards – Hall of Fame Induction ✨

At our recent BNI One Adelaide Awards, we had the absolute privilege of welcoming a very special member into our Hall of Fame…

👏 Maria Mignone – Elite Conveyancing | BNI Elite

This recognition isn’t just about time served—it’s about impact.

Our Hall of Fame inductees are members who have been part of BNI for more than 5 years and have gone above and beyond to contribute to the growth of our region… particularly through supporting our BNI Launch Chapters from start to finish.

And Maria has done exactly that 💫

She has shown up, stepped in, and supported the growth of others in such a consistent and generous way—playing a key role behind the scenes in helping build stronger chapters and a stronger region.

It’s people like Maria who truly bring our community to life.

Maria, thank you for everything you’ve poured into BNI over the years—we are so grateful, and so proud to celebrate you 💛

There are moments in our BNI journey that just make you pause and feel incredibly proud… and this was one of them 💙

At the recent BNI One Adelaide Awards, we recognised the Showcase Chapter of the Year—an award that represents the very best of what BNI stands for.

A huge congratulations to BNI United 👏

This award isn’t just about results—it’s about consistency, commitment, and truly embracing the BNI system in its entirety.

It’s awarded to the chapter that most closely role models best practice across all elements of BNI… and this chapter did exactly that.

Week after week, they’ve shown what it looks like to:
✔️ Show up
✔️ Support each other
✔️ Follow the system
✔️ Build real, meaningful connections

And the result? A culture that lifts everyone.

To every member of BNI United—this is so well deserved. You’ve set the standard for our region, and we’re so proud of you 💙

What does it really mean to live the spirit of BNI?

At the recent BNI One Adelaide Awards, we had the privilege of recognising someone who answers that question simply by the way they show up every single day.

Congratulations to Michelle Forte from EyeDropper Academy, BNI Storm, on receiving the BNI Spirit Award for the Adelaide North Region 💛

This award isn’t about numbers—it’s about heart.

Over the past 12 months, Michelle has consistently gone above and beyond… showing up with generosity, lifting those around her, and creating genuine connection, energy, and belief wherever she goes.

From setting bold goals to connect with new people at the National Conference…
To building relationships that last well beyond the room…
To playing a huge role behind the scenes in bringing incredible opportunities—like learning from Phil Berg—to our region…

Her impact has been felt by so many.

Michelle truly embodies what BNI is all about.

💫 The heart.
💫 The spirit.
💫 The example.

We are so proud to celebrate you.

☑️ Celebrating Givers Gain in Action

There are some people who don’t just believe in Givers Gain… they live it, consistently, quietly, and wholeheartedly.

At our recent BNI One Adelaide Awards, we had the absolute privilege of recognising one of those people.

☐ The 2025 Givers Gain Award for the Adelaide North Region was awarded to Simon Latta from Gilberts Accounting.

☐ A member since 2013
☐ Ambassador since 2019
☐ Director Consultant since 2022

☐ 609 meetings… and not a single absence
☐ Over $1 million in closed business given
☐ A constant, steady presence supporting members and chapters across the region

But beyond the numbers… this is someone who shows up for people.

☐ Someone who gives their time
☐ Someone who lifts others
☐ Someone who genuinely cares about the success of those around them

On a personal note, Simon played such an important role in making my transition into the North Region feel supported, seamless, and welcoming—and that’s something I’ll always be grateful for.

☐ This award couldn’t have gone to a more deserving person.

Congratulations Simon 👏
You truly embody what BNI is all about.

🌟 BNI One Adelaide Awards – Rookie of the Year (Adelaide North) 🌟

There’s something really special about watching a new member step into BNI… and absolutely make the most of the opportunity from day one.

A huge congratulations to Ben Feltus from Feltus Electrical, a valued member of BNI Performance Plus, who has been awarded Rookie of the Year for the BNI Adelaide North Region 👏

This award recognises a member in their very first full reporting year who has truly embraced the BNI system — and Ben has done exactly that.

Through consistently bringing visitors, building strong relationships, and generating outstanding closed business for others… he has outperformed across the board.

☑️ Showed up with intention
☑️ Took action on the system
☑️ Created real results for fellow members

Ben, this is such a well-deserved recognition. We’re so excited to see what the future holds for you in BNI 🚀

07/05/2026

☑️ Last week, we came together as a region to celebrate something really special…
Not just results, but the people behind them.

☑️ And one moment that truly stood out…
👉 Announcing our BNI Champion for BNI Adelaide North — our very own “BNI Brownlow”

🏆 Congratulations to Kate Turner from BNI Performance Plus!

☑️ This award recognises the member who has contributed the most to:
– Membership growth across the region
– Member return on investment
– The overall strength and success of our BNI community

☑️ It’s not just about showing up…
It’s about impact. Consistency. Leadership. And genuinely caring about the success of others.

And Kate, you embody all of that and more 💛

☑️ Chosen by our Executive and Managing Directors, this recognition speaks volumes about the way you show up—not just for your chapter, but for the entire region.
