Did you know Macca has spent the last 8 years lovingly restoring our Top 6 Shiraz vines?

And the new release 2025 Top 6 Shiraz may be our best one yet!

So today, Macca decided to take his favourite w**e back to the block where it all began.

At our highest elevation of 150m, these 60 year old vines are deeply rooted in ancient Kurrajong soils.
Low yielding and cool breeze loving, these vines produce Shiraz reflecting power, elegance and distinct terroir.

Expect rich plum and raspberry flavours with notes of violets, finishing with cocoa nib and black olive.

Medium bodied with elegant tannins and French Oak influence, this w**e is ready to drink now. Or age it - if you can wait!

Jump on the website and grab yourself a bottle or 6 ;)

Montepulciano.
Hard to pronounce.
Easy to drink.

The Vines.
Beautiful heart shaped vines were unintentionally created during pruning.
The team trained super long canes back to the main plant, to establish a cordon height of 1.3m.

The W**e.
Decadent but elegant, our New Release 2025 Montepulciano has concentrated flavours of blackberry and raspberry with notes of clove, liquorice and olive tapenade.
Full bodied with fine tannins.

Handpicked.
12 months in old French oak.

So grab a bottle, pour yourself a glass and watch your Italian pronunciation improve ;)

Drink responsibly.

Meet the 2026 Cinsault!
Bright, chillable and ridiculously drinkable.

At 11.5% abv, this is the perfect w**e to have at lunch - or earlier ;)

Strawberry and raspberry on the palate, with some gentle spice.

Light bodied. Soft tannins give structure without weight.

Crafted with intention, grown regeneratively and made to be shared.

So, message your friends, lock in that lunch and get your hands on some before Kendall gets there first..

Head to the website.
Drink responsibly.

What’s the story with higher cordons?
Verity explains how we’ve reworked our vines, block by block, to raise our cordons to 1.3m from the standard 900mm.
This allows us to run our flock of Babydoll Sheep under vine all year round, throughout the whole growing season. These short sheep can’t reach the higher cordons ;)
They’re our natural lawnmowers and eliminate the need for herbicides.
I’m looking at you glyphosate 👀…
We love that they naturally fertilise the soil as they go. Less tractor work in the vineyard means less soil compaction and reduced greenhouse emissions. Winning!
It’s all part of our goal towards regenerative farming at Orbis!

Coming soon! Our new release 2026 Albarino is almost ready to roll!

Handpicked under net, just before that February rain bomb 😬, this release brings back all the truly varietal characters we love. Think sea spray, lemon pith and stone fruit flavours with delicate honeysuckle.

So if you’ve been missing your usual glass of Albarino as much as we have, stay tuned.
Sign up to our newsletter for first details.
Or even better, join our w**e club to secure yours before the rush!

Happy World Albarino Day!

As usual, organically grown, low sulphur and minimal intervention.
Vegan and friendly for coeliacs.
No glyphosate.
