In the early 1900s, our southern cellar was home to huge wooden vats filled with w**e. Nowadays its where we barrel age our reserve w**es. The earthen floor remains inside and the scar from that pile of rubble remains on the outside of the building. Our w**ery has many stories to tell from years gone by.

Jimmy and Brad have been pruning the vines in preparation for the next vintage. We have specific pruning methods for each grape and are particular in when we prune certain blocks according to their terroir.
