The land on which Fox Creek Wines exists today traces its roots beyond Australia’s European settlers to the indigenous custodians many millennia ago. Then came the founding families who planted many of the vines that still bear fruit today. Now they’re tended by true sons of the soil, Ben Gibson and Jock Harvey, whose childhood friendship echoes throughout McLaren Vale and the Australian wine community. Together, they’re not only breathing new life
into this historic winery, but are building upon their combined 50+ years of international wine industry experience. With these experienced hands receiving the baton from past generations, the heritage of Fox Creek Wines is being stewarded towards a rewarding future. The Fox Creek Cellar Door experience includes wine and gin tastings from our historic cottage, the Fox Creek outdoor bar - serving Fox Creek Wines, house-made beer and cocktails. The Fox Creek Kitchen showcases the best local, regional, and seasonal produce available, and are soon to be introducing some native flavours to our menu.
