On Tuesday, 16 June, we’re hosting a special long-table dinner at to celebrate the release of our 2025 Alpha Crucis Single Vineyard Chardonnay.

Hosted by our very own Tom Harvey and Winemaker Renae Hirsch, the evening will feature a four-course menu alongside a guided Chardonnay vertical tasting, plus a rare side-by-side comparison of our Clarendon Syrah from 2016 and 2022 and other Chalk Hill standouts.

From kingfish crudo and butter-poached prawns to duck breast and citrus tart, each course has been thoughtfully paired to highlight the character and evolution of the wines.
