The Vine Shed Kitchen | Creamy Burrata & Prosciutto Salad

This one has quickly become a favourite at Vine Shed Venue & Cellar Door 😍

Creamy Burrata & Prosciutto, with cucumber, toasted pistachios, pomegranate seeds and peppery rocket, finished with pomegranate molasses and Peninsula Providore olive oil.

And of course, a couple of slices of warm sourdough on the side to mop up all the good bits. 🤤

Fresh, creamy, salty, a little sweet… and absolutely perfect with a glass of Conte Estate W**es. 🍷

The bolts came loose from the vibration. Either that or when it stabbed its self with the blades going straight through the 3.5mm steel subframe. Scary how much torque force the rotors have at that speed. And amazing the blades are still perfect not bothered at all by it. They are not sharp like a knife but they cut thick steel…Amazing physics!

Re spaced the bolts on some new thread, and tightened nice and tight.

So much grass this year it’s great green manure.

Clemens German made Ground knives for undervine weeding.

Only a small window of time when the moisture is the right amount. Too wet, they don’t die. Too dry the knives won’t go in the ground. A few late nights in the vineyard.
