Completed a full boom change on this 9400.

What started as a routine track tension cylinder replacement in the track frame of this 996 excavator quickly turned into a far more extensive repair.

During removal, our technicians identified severe cracking inside the track frame — damage that wasn’t visible until the component was properly stripped.

At All Equipment Solutions, we don’t just replace components — we inspect, assess and ensure the job is done properly the first time. Catching structural issues early prevents major failures, extended downtime and significant cost to the client.
