uality are maintained and the continual updating and improvement of our performance is fully monitored. The management and staff at Aquaknect are dedicated to providing a product of a consistently high quality and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. A programme of Quality Assurance to Australian Standard AS/NZS ISO 9001 and ongoing compliance applicable with the Australian Standard AS 3499-2022 covering flexible tubes, has been implemented in all Aquaknect’s manufacturing operations. Aquaknect’s products “Plumb-Ezy”, “Plumb-Ezy Water” and “Plumb-Ezy Gas” are the flag bearers of the company and customers can be assured that products bearing these brand names will require minimum inspection, except where regulations apply. The management and staff of Aquaknect believe that their commitment to a quality product will maintain Aquaknect’s position as a market leader. Meet Nathan 👋

As a cornerstone of our Braiding Production team, Nathan is proof that loyalty and craftsmanship never go out of style.

Nathan has been part of the Aquaknect family for an incredible 18 years, a milestone that's almost unheard of these days. Working in our factory's braiding department, he's spent nearly two decades perfecting the art of making our flexible hoses to the highest standard, learning from great mentors along the way and passing that knowledge on in turn.

Known for his dedication and quiet consistency, Nathan is someone the team relies on day in, day out. He puts it best himself: our management has always had his back, both professionally and personally, throughout his time here.

As we celebrate 40 years of Aquaknect, Nathan is hoping to be around for the next 40 too - and honestly, we hope so too.

Meet Graham Misson 👋

For more than 13 years, Graham has been the engineering mind behind many of Aquaknect's innovative solutions. As our Engineer, he takes great pride in helping develop products that don't just meet Australian industry standards - they're designed to exceed them.

One of the things Graham enjoys most is Aquaknect's ability to create custom, one-off solutions. It's a part of our business that sets us apart and reflects the craftsmanship and attention to detail that goes into every product we manufacture.

Looking back on his time with Aquaknect, Graham says it's been a privilege to be part of a team committed to quality, innovation and doing things the right way.

Meet Paula Glover 👋

As Aquaknect's Accounts Officer, Paula is proof that retirement doesn't always stick!

After owning and running successful hairdressing businesses for more than 24 years, she came to Aquaknect to lend a hand in the factory. Two weeks later, an unexpected change in the office saw her step into accounts... and the rest is history.

Since then, Paula has become the go-to person for all things accounts and operations, helping improve cash flow and building an incredible knowledge of the business and our systems along the way.

Known for her strong work ethic, loyalty and team-first attitude, Paula is someone you can always count on.

Outside of work, family comes first. She loves spending time with her two daughters, training with Tom's Law, and occasionally swapping the spreadsheets for a cheeky glass of Moët or a cocktail. 🍸
