Here's to collectively shining our brightest and 2026 being our best year yet - whatever form that takes shape for you.

It's 1st week back to business vibes and the C✨E✨O is easing his way back in and reminding myself to do the same.

This is my 1st year yet, that I am actively being present, not setting all these expectations on myself at the start of the year and seeing what comes up during formless this space.

As we arrive at the final step of the formless™ methodology, we move into the most misunderstood but most essential phase of all.

Active Recovery.

If earlier steps were about illuminating, releasing, reshaping, and rebuilding, this final phase is where everything is allowed to settle, integrate, and become sustainable.

This is where insight becomes embodiment.
Where effort softens into rhythm.
Where growth is honoured, not rushed.

At this time of year, when energy is lower and the nervous system is carrying a lot, Active Recovery matters more than ever.
Because systems do not evolve through constant pushing.
They evolve through rest, rhythm, and integration.

✨ Oxytocin deepens trust, connection, and belonging

If earlier Relearn was about clarity returning, and then testing the new form, this final phase is where that form begins to stabilise across people, relationships, and ways of working.

This is where Relearn shifts from personal rhythm to collective rhythm.�From inner alignment to how teams, partnerships, and ecosystems begin to move together with more coherence.

At this time of year, when energy is lower and attention is fractured, the smallest shifts can create the greatest alignment heading into what’s next and what's possible.
