Walking the dog today and noticed a roof missing a ridge capping tile.
Knocked on the door and found out it was a rental. Notified LJ Ho**er Swan Hill and senior property manager Alastair Ward was straight onto it with heavy rain due Friday.
Authorised and repaired by close of business same day.

The valley's in your roof carry the most water and are one of the first places to crumble. Because they carry so much water, once they let go you can get water damage very quickly.
Approx cost per valley to be re-bedded and coated with 3 layers of flexipoint is $350 inclusive of materials.
