Mental health support shouldn’t just start when someone is struggling.

Meet the amazing Veronica Johnston, clinical psychologist at ANSA Health, who helps businesses take a more proactive approach to workplace mental health.

Her focus is on helping people stay well, build resilience and get support early, rather than waiting until things reach crisis point. It’s a perfect fit with what BNI is all about: people supporting people and helping each other grow.

Amazing presentations from Hege Nolan-Suckling and Marissa Mascaro

This week we heard from two of our members who gave us a fantastic insight into what they do and the businesses they’ve built.

Marissa Mascaro from Candy Buffet Co - Marketing Your Brand, Deliciously. From candy buffets and donut walls to creative brand activations, Candy Buffet Co knows how to make brands memorable. With 16 years in business, there’s plenty of experience behind the sweet stuff!

Hege Nolan from Ord Minnett - Who gave us an insight into the world of wealth management and the importance of having the right financial strategy in place for the future and helping clients make informed decisions around their wealth and financial goals.

Two very different industries, but both businesses have something in common: they’re built around relationships, expertise and helping their clients get the right outcomes.

We love getting to know the people behind the businesses so we can better understand, support and refer them.

Ken Thomas as an amazing MC, Nigel Walton (Launch Director of the Year), Frank Valentic (561 referrals & 62 Visitors), Kane Barnett ($6.8M Thank You For Closed Business), Michael Hain (Elite Green Member) and BNI Platinum One for the chapter with the highest overall retention and 2nd place for Chapter of the Year - what an awesome result!
