Job description :
• Building strong trusted relationships with advisers and clients

• Establish a collaborative relationship with prospective clients from various sources such as networking, cold calling, and referrals

• Create and implement marketing strategies to compete with other individuals or insurance companies.

• Respond to clients’ insurance-related questions and issues

• Assist the Team Leader in setting up insurance Quotations and Life risk online system

• Facilitating the implementation of advice and coordinating relevant paperwork (almost exclusively digital)

• Assisting the advisor with preparation of relevant insurance quotes

• Liaising with clients regarding the implementation and management of advice/strategy, including liaising with superannuation funds & insurance providers

• Communicating with clients and responding to client enquiries.

• Data entry into the CRM, ensuring Client Records in the CRM & other digital files are up to date

• Monitoring placement of investment advice/strategy until fully implemented including reconciliation of fees & or commissions from insurance and superannuation funds

• Ensure client files in adherence with required quality and compliance standards

• Identify and support to implement improvements to compliance and financial planning processes
