Classic, green, bitter or alcohol-free—which Italian spritz bottle should you try first? 🇮🇹

Start with the flavour you already enjoy:

🍊 Aperitif Spritz Ciemme for a classic, bright and approachable pour.
🌿 P31 Green for something fresh, herbal and visually unexpected.
🍋 Super Cattivo for bold bitterness and expressive citrus.
✨ Aperitif Sprizz Zero for a bittersweet aperitivo without the alcohol.

There is no single right bottle for every aperitivo—only the right first pour for your taste.

Explore the bottles, discover how to serve them and find your starting point in our latest guide:

Bitter drinks do not need alcohol to feel grown-up.

That is the idea behind Bitter Sprizz Zero: a bright, bitter Italian zero-alcohol bottle made for proper serves at home.

Serve it with ice, bubbles and orange for a fresh bitter spritz.
Keep it short and bold for a Negroni-inspired Zero.
Add soda and citrus for an easy Americano Zero.

It is a simple way to give guests something more interesting than the usual soft drink — with all the ritual of aperitivo, without the alcohol.

We’ve just shared a guide with three easy ways to serve Bitter Sprizz Zero at home.

Alcohol-free aperitifs and soft drinks are not the same thing.

A soft drink is usually about refreshment.
An alcohol-free aperitif is about something more: ritual, flavour, serving and occasion.

Think of the difference between:

opening a soda from the fridge
and
pouring a proper drink with ice, citrus, bubbles and garnish before dinner.

That is where alcohol-free aperitifs come in.

They can be bitter, botanical, floral or citrusy. They are made for aperitivo moments, for guests who are not drinking, for weekend lunches, pizza nights or simply for anyone who wants something more grown-up than the usual soft drink.

We’ve just shared a simple guide on the difference between the two — and why alcohol-free aperitifs deserve a place at the table in their own right.

Read the guide here:

And tell us: what would you choose more often?
A spritz-style alcohol-free serve or a classic soft drink?

Fresh, floral and alcohol-free — this is our Hugo Spritz Zero. 🌿

If you’re looking for something lighter than a classic bitter spritz, but more grown-up than a standard soft drink, this is a beautiful serve to try at home.

All you need is:

SambHugò Zero
plenty of ice
sparkling water or alcohol-free bubbles
fresh mint
a slice of lime or lemon

The result is a fresh Hugo-style Italian aperitivo, with elderflower notes, citrus, mint and bubbles — perfect before dinner, with light snacks, or for guests who are not drinking alcohol.

We’ve just shared a simple guide on how to make it at home.

Read the guide here:

Now we want to know: how would you serve yours?

Fresh mint, lime, lemon, extra bubbles — or something else?

Good drinks. Better tables. Very Italian.

Not all spritz are created equal.

The Prampolini Spritz comes from early 1900s Italy — a time of bold ideas, colour, and creativity.

We keep it real:

• Organic ingredients
• Wine-based aperitivo
• Natural citrus freshness

No shortcuts. No compromises.

Just balance, depth, and proper Italian flavour.
