Each year, for several years we have taken the stand to end violence against women and children by joining Polished Man to "give violence the finger"

Its that time of year again. FOOTY IS COMING BACK!!!

The Practical Enterprise Group is back on with our footy tipping comp for 2022.

There is no entry fee and a major prize of $250 for the winner.

There will be other minor fun prizes during the year for top performers, those needing a little help and maybe some random lucky draws.

The rules will be on the site once we get them finalized before the season starts.

What is Polished Man and why is The Practical Enterprise Group - The PEG supporting the campaign?

1. WHAT IS POLISHED MAN? The Polished Man campaign encourages everyone to take a stand and actively commit to helping end violence against children, by painting one nail for the month of October.
2. WHAT’S WITH THE NAIL? One painted nail can start a conversation, which raises awareness and funds to ensure no childhood is lost to violence. It is about starting to have those difficult conversations, to raise awareness and bring the issue to light.
3. WHERE DOES THE MONEY RAISED GO? Funds raised through Polished Man support trauma prevention and trauma recovery programs for children who are at risk of, or who have suffered violence. Then Polished Man focus is on prevention because we want to end the issue, not just treat it. The effects of violence can cause even greater harm later in life if left untreated. That’s why we support some of the best trauma recovery agencies in the world including the Australian Childhood Foundation, SAMSN, Hagar Australia and the New York Center for Children, to help young survivors of violence recover and shape their own futures.

What a season it was! A big congratulations to Gary Karro for his win of the 2021 The Practical Enterprise Group - The PEG AFL footy tipping competition.

Great effort that went down to the wire. The tipping definitely provided a little bit of fun and smiles during these tougher than usual times. Congrats again. Stay healthy and stay safe everyone.
