The United States has officially frozen visa processing indefinitely for citizens of 75 countries, including Pakistan, marking one of the most expansive visa suspensions in recent history.

The decision affects countries across South Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe, the Caribbean, and Latin America, and is expected to significantly impact travel, education, employment, and family reunification.

The countries affected by the visa freeze are:
