As recruiters we are often in the business of finding “unicorns” for our clients. More recently those business goals spilt over into personal life. Only last week, I helped my 2 year olds “unicorn” dream become reality. ;)
It’s been 6 years since Project You Recruit’s inception. It feels like yesterday.
Thanks to all those who I have had the pleasure of dealing with so far on the Project You journey. Let’s keep searching for those unicorns 🦄

Reflecting on 5 years in business…wow time has flown.
Who knew starting a business in 2019 that a mere 9 months later we would be faced with a pandemic. Despite the somewhat unknown at times, it has been an incredible 5 years, filled with challenges and success.
Welcoming my daughter into the fold in 2022 and navigating parent life, whilst running a business has also made it an even more fulfilling few years.
A huge shout out to the clients, candidates and the close network of friends I have in the recruitment world for making it such a rewarding time.

Each year on I reflect on how far the industry’s I specialise in have come in the way of gender equity.
In the 13 years I’ve focussed on and I have certainly seen many positive changes and a genuine ‘want’ to focus on continuing to prioritise this in future.
This year IWD is highlighted even further for me having recently welcomed my daughter.
As she navigates through life, in a diverse society, my hope is that she will grow up experiencing inclusivity and feel on an even playing field to her peers no matter what career path she eventually chooses.
