This Friday in the east & the west we are celebrating the incredibly creative and flavour packed beers from our friends in Quebec with tap showcase events at in Melbourne and in Perth.
We were lucky enough to visit the brewery in the beautiful little town of Dunham back in 2019 and were blown away by everything they were doing. From the amazing beers, the fantastic bar, restaurant and accommodation and their incredible hospitality. It was truly a memorable visit.
Inspired by European brewing traditions, their know-how is focused on the exploration and renewal of classic styles and their approach is part of the wave of American modernism that has been shaking the foundations of the North American brewing scene for a quarter of a century.
Whether it's aged in barrels, loaded with lupulin, intensely fruity or delicately wild, they are producing fantastic beers across a range of styles and we can’t get enough!
