We love getting feedback like this from our candidates! After taking the time to understand what both our clients & candidates are looking for, it's even better when we know we have found the right fit for both. It's not always just about what’s on a resume. Having a real understanding of our client’s culture & values, getting to know our candidates and their potential & just knowing they will be a great fit for a team. That's what its all about for us 🤩

Over the last 2 days Stewart Wiggins Recruit and visited 7 of our amazing clients. We were sitting in the car thinking how long have we been doing this together…. Well babe thanks to social media… today is 7 YEARS!! and couldn’t imagine doing this with anyone else. We have known each other a lot longer but we definitely have cried together, yelled together but more importantly grown together over this crazy journey. Thank you 😘 Dayle Stewart xo Wiggins Recruit

🎉 🎉 🎉 This year, Wiggins & Co celebrates its 5-year anniversary!

Thank you to all our loyal clients, our new clients, our candidates, and family and friends who have trusted, supported and encouraged us along the way.

We have welcomed so many changes, challenges and triumphs these last five years and we are so proud of how far we have come.

In 2018, Hollie bravely started her own business, and was determined to create her personal pathway in recruitment in Victoria. Fast forward five years, the Wiggins & Co team has grown, and not only do we have candidates and clients in VIC, but we have expanded into New South Wales, predominately recruiting in Sydney.

Our equal level of care, determination and shared vision is what makes our team work so well together and we have an endless motivation in what we do day-to-day.

You, our clients, and candidates, is what makes our work feel so valuable, so thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Without you, we wouldn’t be where we are today.
