Ameya Consultants Australia is hiring on behalf of multiple top Melbourne companies!
We are looking for passionate and skilled Pastry Chefs / Pastry Cooks to join exciting kitchens in Melbourne.
What You’ll Do:
Bake and decorate a wide range of pastries, cakes, desserts, and baked goods
Maintain high-quality standards and attention to detail
Manage pastry ingredients, inventory, and stock levels
Ensure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food-safety compliance
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen environment
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Certificate III in Patisserie (or equivalent)
✅ 1–2 years (or more) experience in commercial pastry/bakery kitchens
✅ Expertise in pastry techniques (cakes, choux, layered desserts, chocolate work)
✅ Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and WHS regulations
✅ Flexible availability (weekends, early mornings, public holidays)
✅ Team player, reliable, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic
Food Safety Supervisor certification is a plus!
