Massive week in ServiceQ And I personally want to Praise the team for a huge effort.

We have travelled far and wide with our clients this week, from the west coast to the east coast of Australia, New Zealand and beyond.

We have served 5 different industries all working hard behind the scenes while their competitors sleep in the; Automotive, Mining and Resources, Health, Retail and Hospitality.

Surrounded by high performing people is inspiring and I reckon we all deserve a strong drink tonight.

Like the saying goes “culture eats strategy for breakfast”.

Describing culture is not always easy; it has a certain vibe, which this wonderful airport is continuously working on.

Each month, the community of employees at Melbourne Airport gather by the droves and fill every seat to share, learn and contribute their knowledge for their customer’s needs.

The result of this service training style is the internal connections formed and the strengthening of Melbourne Airport's culture.

There is a certain vibe felt when you move through this airport, this is the result of culture. It is apparent, that culture is something that Melbourne Airport works on and prioritises.
