She is also committed to serving the Zambian community through education, health, and the Gospel.

Her clinical interests include healthy living, obesity management, weight loss, and the use of lifestyle interventions to prevent and manage chronic diseases. For Christians, she promotes health principles anchored in the Word of God.

Dr Sitima is actively involved in the field of lifestyle medicine through the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine, where she is recognised as an accredited practitioner and Fellow.

Beyond her medical career, she is a dedicated long-distance runner, a proud mother of two, and a passionate advocate for balancing personal wellbeing, family life, and professional success.
