Business Development Manager – Security Systems (CCTV & Alarms)
Visionsec – Melbourne VIC
Visionsec is looking for a motivated Business Development Manager / Sales Consultant to help grow our CCTV, alarm, and access control business across residential, commercial, and strata projects.
What you’ll do:
* Bring in new security system clients
* Build relationships with builders, strata managers & property managers
* Follow up and close sales from leads and quotes
* Help grow ongoing service and maintenance work
What we’re looking for:
* Sales, BDM or account management experience (any trade/service industry a plus)
* Confident communicator who can close deals
* Self-driven and results focused
* Security industry experience is a bonus but not required
