Drawing on the elemental gravitas of its site and sweeping views across Bass Strait, St Andrews Beach House assumes an archeological presence through composition and materiality appearing as though it has been uncovered from the dunes by time and tide.

Project A002619 Victoria

We are thrilled to officially announce our new collaboration with Buildroc, marking a significant milestone as we expand our footprint in the industrial and commercial sectors across Victoria.

This stunning aerial shot captures the latest development site located in Bittern, a rapidly evolving hub just south of Melbourne on the scenic Mornington Peninsula. Known for its unique blend of coastal charm and native bushland, Bittern is quickly becoming a strategic pocket for low-scale, high-quality commercial and industrial growth that respects the region's vibrant local character.

A huge thank you to the team at Buildroc for trusting us as their partner. This project is just the first chapter. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to shape Victoria’s commercial landscape together!

Perched lightly above the granite outcrop, this Swan View home opens itself entirely to the landscape, a sharp architectural form grounded by raw materiality and the rugged bush surrounds of John Forrest National Park.

A project executed by the owners, balancing restraint, structure and connection to place. Great to be a part of it.

.york

Original building commissioned in 1885 by bootmaker William Dinsdale, this Victorian gem was designed by architect James William Wright and brought to life by builders Thorn, Bower and Stewart. From a 19th-century shoe emporium to the modern-day home of Bardo, this building remains the heart of the Terrace.

A quiet but sculptural moment within the project, where raw materiality and the landscape work as one. Executed and designed by the owners.

Resting lightly above the granite landscape, the circular plunge pool becomes an extension of the architecture carved into the rugged terrain of Swan View and positioned to frame the endless canopy of John Forrest National Park.

Project A002515 Esperance

Model iterations in motion.

Testing form, rhythm and orientation against the conditions of Esperance light, wind, and the horizon line of the Southern Ocean. Each pass refines the balance between exposure and shelter, pulling the architecture closer to the site.

Process as a driver, not an afterthought.
