A teaser of what it feels like when you’ve reached the point where you don’t have to sacrifice life while making a living.

You don’t have to be the loudest. You don’t need to shout. You do need a strategy (hope isn’t one of them).

I get asked ALL the time how to become booked, trusted and remembered.

I’ve documented this into a playbook which shows you how to:
get seen by the right people
build trust that attracts dollars
turn your expertise into compounding influence

This is the exact framework that helped me go from unknown -> invited. From credible in private to trusted in public.

If you’ve ever felt overlooked despite all the hard
work
you’ve done — this is your sign. Step forward. Your spotlight awaits.

31.10.25 felt like stepping onto a movie set.

A Met Gala–style Halloween ball in Bali — complete with couture gowns, chandeliers under the stars, and a guest list that could’ve doubled between a Forbes x feature.

It wasn’t just a party.
It was an orchestration.

Every element came together to create something rare: an experience people will still be talking about months from now.

And it made me think — the best leaders do exactly this.
They curate moments.
They blend logic with magic.
They choreograph connection.

Because whether you’re leading a company, a team, or a movement — the real art is in making people feel something.

So tell me — how did you celebrate Halloween this year? 🎭

p.s. So proud the amazing took out Best Designer award at the extravaganza

In Japan, I found myself tapping paper forms stamped in red ink — and moments later, watching robots glide through hotel lobbies.

A country where fax machines and facial recognition coexist, where centuries-old rituals meet some of the world’s fastest internet speeds.

It made me question how often we confuse new with better.
We rush to digitize, automate, optimize — yet the outcomes rarely live up to the promise.

Maybe the real challenge isn’t about how advanced our systems are…
But how ready we are to evolve.

Progress, after all, isn’t about replacing the old — it’s about learning what’s worth keeping.

What’s one “old-school” thing you still believe has a place in the future?

Logic travels fast.
But in every culture, trust translates it.

I’ve watched global teams bring the right data and still lose the room because they didn’t bridge the trust gap soon enough.

Ever seen the right idea lose to the trusted one?

Who's binge watched ?

Guilty as charged.

I spent 2 days chairing .global 2025 World Family Office Forum at the tallest hotel on the island.

The panellists living their best Succession lives shared details on how their inner sanctum - decisions, values, principles, relationships - operated and evolved across generations and continents.

An enlightening and thought-provoking discussion.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to share their feedback with me. I love tummy tickles!

See you at the next event soon.

In change work, I’ve learned something the hard way: people form an opinion about you long before they hear your ideas.

Your appearance is often the first data point they use to decide if they’ll trust you, follow you, or resist you.

You don’t need expensive labels — just intention.
Dress for the influence you’re about to ask for.

Tired leaders don’t inspire.
They push. They perform. But the spark? It fades.
Real influence doesn’t come from force — it comes from freshness.

From the ability to pause, to question, to see differently.
The smartest leaders I know don’t double down on exhaustion.

They double down on perspective.
What might shift if you invited external perspectives that were different from your own?

280 million people.

17,504 Islands.

700 different dialects.

Second longest coastline.

Fourth largest economy.

World's largest gold mine.

Enough talk about potential.

Enough talk about hope.

Let's step on the gas for equity.

Let's step on the gas for change.

Honoured to be in the Top 10 Women Change Makers in my country of birth.

Thank you to everyone who has made an introduction, opened a door and extended an olive branch.... Here's to more mayhem, magic, meaning and money!

Totoro was an animated Japanese coming of age story exploring the transformative power of imagination.

I was fully immersed in this film as a child, it won many blue ribbon film awards when it launched in 1988.

Now - it's come full circle.

You see, I elicit that same child-like wonder and curiosity within leadership teams of global organizations.

Imagine a new world.
Imagine a new company.
Imagine a new culture.
Imagine reaching unheard of levels of impact.

All possible if you're willing to invest, commit and inspire change through your leadership shadow.

DM if this is you.

I was surprised when I was notified I was a Top 50 thought leader by Thinkers360. In 4 categories!

Careers was one of the categories (among Change Management, Culture and Personal Brand).

I was then interviewed on a careers podcast this weekend and asked "what's one piece of advice you'd give those early in their careers?"

My response was:

"Never mind the haters. One day you will build a castle with all the bricks they've thrown at you. Keep going - every expert started as an amateur, don't forget that."

Sometimes, the only person to cheer you on is yourself.

All changes, even positive ones, are uncomfortable and marked by friction and pressure.

Keep the faith, no matter how shaky and small the steps forward are ❤️

What advice did you wish you had early on?
