At last night's networking panel at Waterman Workspaces , James shared some refreshingly honest reflections on the realities of business ownership.

It comes with very real challenges, and we all need strategies to keep ourselves sane, like carving out small moments of joy throughout the day, or making a conscious effort to feel gratitude for how far you've come on your journey.

Honest conversations like these are exactly why bringing founders together matters, and realising that navigating the journey doesn't need to be a lonely one.
