When I became a mum, I realised I didn’t just want a job - I wanted freedom. Freedom to be there for school runs, sick days, milestones, and all the messy, beautiful moments that come with raising kids.

I started this business so I could build a life around my family instead of squeezing them in around work. And like so many of you, I learned quickly that running a business isn’t always the easy road to balance I thought it would be 🫠

That’s why I’m so passionate about helping other VAs, OBMs, and Coaches create businesses that give them the space, support, and sustainability they need to thrive, both in business and life.

Let’s talk boundaries.

I’m here to support you. To make your life easier. To take things off your plate so you can focus on what actually matters.

But I’m not on call 24/7. I’m not at anyone’s beck and call. And I’m not available at all hours, just because we work online.

Because good support isn’t about instant replies or burning myself out to keep up. It’s about clear communication, realistic timelines, and a healthy working relationship where we both feel respected.

When we have those boundaries in place? That’s when the real magic happens - because you get a VA who’s focused, reliable, and committed to your success, not one running on empty.

Healthy boundaries = better work, happier humans, and businesses that actually work for us 💛

Let's get honest here.

Most of us set big goals in January (both for our businesses and our personal lives) and by July, a lot of those plans have been… sidelined 😅

Maybe client work took over. Maybe life happened. Maybe school holidays, sickness, or just plain exhaustion threw you off track. And you know what? That’s okay.

You’re not behind. You’re not failing. You’re just human. Life doesn’t follow a neat, linear plan.

So if your year so far hasn’t looked like you imagined, give yourself some grace. There’s still time to adjust, refocus, or even start over entirely. It’s not too late to tweak your year and make it work for you 💛

One of the biggest things I want my clients to know? I’m here for the ebbs and flows of your business.

Some weeks you might have a mountain of tasks to throw my way. Other weeks? It might be crickets, and that’s perfectly okay.

Your business won’t look the same every week or month, and I don’t want you feeling like you need to scramble to find things to give me just to “justify” having support. That defeats the whole purpose.

I’m here when you need me. And when you don’t? That’s great too, because it means you’re getting space to breathe, reset, or enjoy the calm.

Support shouldn’t add stress. It should take it away.

So don’t worry about filling a quota. Just know I’m here, ready to jump in whenever you need 💛

I’ve spent way too long trying to make myself and my business look a certain way....polished, professional, like I had it all together.

Exhausting.

I’m done worrying about whether I’m too much for some people or not enough for others. I’m done trying to appeal to everyone or make my business look like something it’s not.

Because I didn’t start this to impress people. I started it for freedom. For the chance to show up as myself, work with people who actually get me, and build something that fits my life (even if that life sometimes involves wearing Ugg boots while smashing out client work).

So if you need to hear it today, you don’t have to fit into someone else’s idea of “professional.”

Your people will love you for who you are. And that’s exactly how it should be 💛
