🥞🍎 Easy & Healthy Mini Pancakes 🫒✨

Looking for a quick, wholesome breakfast made from ingredients you already have at home? These soft and fluffy mini pancakes are naturally sweet, easy to make, and perfect for little hands (and big ones too!).

Ingredients

🍎 1 apple
🍊 1 orange (or any fruit you have sitting around)
🌾 ½ cup oats
🥚 1 egg
✨ ½ tsp cinnamon
🫒 Agrelia Extra Virgin Olive Oil for cooking

Instructions

1️⃣ Blend the fruit, oats, and cinnamon until combined.
2️⃣ Add the egg and mix with a fork.
3️⃣ Heat a pan and add a drizzle of Agrelia Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
4️⃣ Using a tablespoon, spoon the mixture into the pan to create mini pancakes.
5️⃣ Cook for 2–3 minutes until golden underneath.
6️⃣ Carefully flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes.

💛 Personal Tip:
This is one of our favourite healthy breakfasts for a 10-month-old baby. It's simple, nutritious, naturally sweet, and made with ingredients most of us already have in the kitchen.

🍓 For the topping: serve with fresh fruit, Greek yoghurt, honey, or maple syrup — depending on how cheeky you're feeling! 😋

Save this recipe for your next busy morning and let us know if you try it! 🥞✨

What an incredible three days! ✨

The collaboration between Agrelia and Foody’s took centre stage at Food & Hospitality Week 2026, bringing together premium olive oils, professional cooking solutions, and a shared passion for quality food.

This may be the end of the exhibition, but it is only the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Agrelia and Foody’s.
