For 20 years I have worked in fast-paced global financial and professional services industries. I have worked and lived in London UK for 16 years and am now based in Australia. Remote working during the pandemic has ignited a desire to move my career in a new direction. I launched, Ivory Solutions, to make a difference to small businesses, to act as their part-time virtual assistant, and to help t
hem to run more efficiently with less stress. I have enjoyed my professional journey immensely, working for listed companies through to start-ups. My roles, projects and promotions have allowed me to work with many intelligent people, many of whom took time to mentor and teach me. I have acted as the right-hand person to corporate executives, working through business acquisitions, disposals, and take overs. I have also assisted with the day-to-day calendar scheduling, inbox management, invoicing, expense management, travel and business documentation. Now, I start a new journey converting my skills to my own business. I can achieve my own goals and assist others to achieve theirs. I enjoy knowing I am making a positive difference to those I support. I gain a sense of achievement when a project has been successfully accomplished and building great relationships along the way.
