A lot of businesses still hire backwards.

They focus heavily on skills & experience … and only look at culture later.

But here’s what I see all the time:

A skilled person who doesn’t fit the environment creates way more problems than they solve.

Culture fit shows up in things like:
• communication
• attitude
• accountability
• how they work with others

And when it’s right? Everything runs smoother.

The team gels quicker.
Training is easier.
People stay longer.
Skills can be taught.
Culture fit is much harder to fix.

You can spot most of them before they even start.

• how clearly they explain their experience

➡️Consistency
Not just at work ... in everything.
How they show up, their attitude, their work history.

➡️They care
About their job. Their team. Their standards.

People with good values stand out quickly.

The reality is:
Skills can be taught. Traits are much harder to train.
