Out of Office

Out of Office Helping established entrepreneurs to get their lives back via biz system and strategy support. I work with the Kajabi platform. Quite simply because I love it.

I'm Kate, and Out of Office is my business, assisting business owners virtually, to allow them more time to get well, Out of Office! My main service offering is to busy service based business owners who are looking to create online courses and membership communities for their existing & new clients. I’m not to going to sell Kajabi to you, as it does a pretty decent job at doing that for itself. Bu

t in a nutshell, it’s a pretty sexy all in one kinda platform that I’ve become pretty fine tuned in. If you'd like to check it out for yourself I can flick you a free 28 day trial link with no strings attached. A major benefit that's become apparent to me is the time saving I’m creating for my clients. Not just the time spent building their courses, nor the time they’d otherwise spend learning how to do it themselves…

But more so, the reduced 1:1 time (& energy) savings. Because of the added value & efficient learning speeds that they can now offer to their clients via the online packages, still often tagged alongside their 1:1 services. This is making for some super efficient, value packed offerings for my client and theirs!

So if you’re in the business of getting started on saving time for you and your own clients via online learning or community groups in Kajabi - then I’d love to connect! https://book-a-time-with-kate-outofoffice.as.me/korero

For service providers, coaches and consultant’s who are sooo busy in the people side of the business (clients and/or team) but can’t fathom how they’d ever be able to find the space to grow or step back - a digital product could be the best thing for you to look into.

Not all digital products suit all businesses, and depending on where you’re at in the business (busy or otherwise) - some don’t suit at all.

I’ve worked with hundreds of service based businesses and collated a tonne of insights on the different styles of digital products, their purpose, their effectiveness and the freedom they so often give stretched & ambitious business owners.

- online training programs (internal or external)
- coaching cohorts
- membership communities
- hybrid 1:1 coaching
- directories
- interactive gamified portals
- resource vaults
- onboarding/off boarding support

There’s so many uses for a digital product… all of them gifting you back some time and sometimes $$

So I’ve created this short free online quiz 👇, where you can answer a few quick questions and find out which digital product (or otherwise) is probably right for you and your business right now + some additional handy tips and tricks to get you there.

"Community isn't really for us. We're a serious business."

I hear that a lot, usually right before I point out the community they're already running without realising.

🍓 The past client who still shares your events.
🍓 The comment section where your audience answers each other before you can.
🍓 The WhatsApp thread that holds your whole industry together.

None of it looks like a Facebook group. All of it is community.

I've mapped the five kinds of business community, and the one you're already running, on purpose or not.

Have a read, then tell me: when I say "business community", what did you picture first?

A telco company with no call centre, where the customers answer each other's questions faster than staff ever could. The comment section under a stranger's YouTube video, where the viewers teach each other.

Got a quick question? Yo I'll solve it.. (IYKYK)

Excited to have this new service available for those who literally just have a quick question and don't need a full power hour or service package.

The future is BRIGHT.

I've been in and working with online business for seven years now, and honestly, the struggles I see come up are almost always the same three things.

1. Finding new people. You build something great, you get your first clients, and then the hamster wheel starts. Post every day. Two likes. One of them is your mum. Sign up to the course that promises the six-figure shortcut. Then the next one. The hustle slowly becomes the whole job.

2. Burning out trying to do everything. Most people started this to buy back their time or leverage what they know. What actually happens is they end up as their own content creator, tech support, customer service, bookkeeper and coach. The freedom stays theoretical.

3. The premium offering that doesn't feel premium. Brilliant coach, great results, but the client experience is a bird's nest. Five different apps, a booking system that fills the inbox, a folder of resources nobody can find. The sessions are great. Everything around them isn't.

I've watched these play out hundreds of times. And this month I've seen the first tools land that actually speak to all three properly.

Cofounder: Personalised AI guidance, built into your business.
Backstage: A premium 1:1 client portal, all in one place.
Amplify: Reach warm buyers, or get paid for the audience you've built.
Kajabi MCP: Tell your AI what to build. It builds it.
Expert Agents: AI that teaches and sells while you sleep.

Kajabi is no longer just a platform suited to those hosting online courses, it's developed these new products as solutions for almost anyone with an online business as a home for your business both front and back-end.

Kajabi's current customers will see all of the new tools rolling out in their existing accounts over the next week or so.

And for those keen to jump onboard (or return to), this promotion closes Tuesday June 2nd: 50% off for 12 months through my partner link (their own direct site only offers 6 months). Worth a look if you've been sitting on it.
