MNE Consulting is undergoing a major transformation I'm very excited, I hope there are people out there who share our values.

Re-developing my business MNE Consulting to shift focus to why I started my business in the first place, and make it centre stage and clear.
My guiding thought was 'if I can't find work environments that align with my values, I'll create my own' and make space for other 'outcasts' and 'troublemakers' to join me (if they like/ there are any?;)

I want to share

What we stand FOR:
-female entrapaneurs
-women in leadership
-equity, diversity, inclusion
-ethics
-change makers and disruptors
-Psychologically, anti discriminatory healthy workplaces and communities

what we stand AGAINST:
-corporate sociopathy and narcissist abuse of power
-discrimination, sexual harrassment, psychological harassment and bullying
-Authoritarian leadership
-misogyny (from male AND female senior leadership)
-apathy and silent bystanders/ Kool-Aid drinkers

I'm also changing my logo and messaging etc to move away from technology and Higher Education focus to support the above, and start to connect with individuals, businesses and organisations that align with my vision.

I'd love to hear what people think:) as still a work in progress/ ideas
