Great to be back out there facilitating in person. In this case kicking off the year for the Yr 12s at Lalor Secondary College with a session on the importance of high quality connections.

In short, positive relationships support our emotional well-being, and good emotional well-being supports learning and performance. Mindfulness plays a key role in all of the above, particularly as a building block of positive relationships.
