🌟 Exciting news! 🌟 Renowned gastronomist Roberta Muir (MA Gastronomy) has paired her delectable Baked Ocean Trout with Mushrooms recipe with Clowns in the Rain Pinot Noir. 🍷🐟 According to Roberta, the light Pinot Noir perfectly complements the dish, balancing the rich flavors of trout and mushrooms with its earthy and herbal notes. Cheers to creativity! 🥂
