Are we stealing Australians jobs and taking advantage of cheap labour? This is not the reality of what we do.
The roles we help fill are typically positions that Australian businesses have struggled to recruit for locally due to ongoing skills shortages, or roles that enable small and medium-sized businesses to grow sustainably.
In many cases, business growth leads to increased local hiring and greater economic activity, rather than fewer Australian jobs. At the same time, our Filipino team members are employed under ethical and transparent arrangements, earning well above-market wages, with full benefits, stable employment, and strong working conditions.
Ethical outsourcing is a core part of our approach. Rather than comparing salaries across different economies, we believe the more meaningful measure is whether people are treated fairly, compensated well, and provided with genuine career opportunities.
